WATER LAW
Water right issues can be complex and arcane.  Confluence Law works with clients on a variety of issues relating to the use of water. This includes water right acquisitions, changes, mitigation, and in-stream protection.  
PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION
Providing potable water supplies is a big responsibility. Confluence Law works with shared wells, private water companies, and public water systems of all sizes on the legal and regulatory aspects of providing safe, reliable and efficient water service.
LAND CONSERVATION
Protecting land for future uses and generations.  Confluence Law helps protect assets for economic and conservation benefit through conservation easements and related protections.
