The technology areas in which he has litigated include semiconductors, computer hardware and software, telecommunication circuits, video game technology, medical devices and oil well drilling technology. Pat's industry experience includes computer system design, computer software development, and the design and manufacture of integrated circuits, including microprocessors and memory devices. He previously was a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation groups at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Jenkens & Gilchrist, and Vinson & Elkins. Pat earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and his law degree from the Columbia University School of Law. |
